About the company: VISATRONIC is an EMS based in Mainhausen, Germany, specializing in electronic manufacturing with a focus on individual custom orders. The challenge

At VISATRONIC, the request for quotation (RfQ) process was characterized by the use of various isolated solutions, including an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, an application program interface (API) for component inquiries, and complementary Excel sheets. Although efficiently utilized by experienced staff, the complexity of the process limited the realization of its full potential.
