Based on our international network, we are able to locate even hard-to-procure or already allocated components. We also support you in strategically covering and securing your long-term component requirements, incl. obsolescence management.

To minimise residual risks, as a certified distributor, we exploit all means of quality assurance: on the initial basis of our complex rating and ranking system for suppliers, we give preference to sources with an unbroken certificate of origin (CoC) and minimise the potential risks.

We institute technical controls that every component we deal has to be put through. This goods receipt checks are oriented to the strict American IDEA standard, which prescribes a complex system of cascading checks to exclude all conceivable sources of faults. The warehousing and logistics areas have exemplary and comprehensive technical equipment, guaranteeing professional and rapid component inspections and order handling.

Next to the certificates below, 4Source can show an IEC 61340-5-1 (ASNI/ESD S20.20) certificate, a liability and transport insurance, and a membership at IDEA, ERAI, Silicon Saxony, COGD and LRT.
